
Promulgation
The enactment of an international agreement occurs as part of the process of implementing the agreement at the national level. Enactment is the step in which the government officially adopts the agreement and incorporates it into the country's internal legislation.
After enactment, the legislation is officially published in the Official Gazette and aims to make the legislation publicly known and ensure that it is applicable to all citizens and stakeholders.
Upon enactment and publication, the provisions of the international agreement become an integral part of the country's national legislation. Government authorities and relevant bodies are responsible for implementing and enforcing the provisions of the agreement, ensuring compliance and effective enforcement.
