Master in Public Management at the University of Brasília (UNB), specialist in Private Law from Universidade Gama Filho, in International Law  and Process Management from Centro Universitário Uniamérica, graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). He has additional training in International Law (CEDIN), at the Hague Academy of International Law, The Hague, Netherlands, an improvement course in Law and Organization with International Trade, Contract and Arbitration at the Cândido Mendes University (UCAM) and International Crisis Analysis at the Escola War Superior (ESG). She has been a federal servant since 2010.

Master in Constitutional Law from the Brasiliense Institute of Public Law and Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco. He has a specialization in Criminal Sciences from the University of Southern Santa Catarina, in Social Security Law from the Leonardo da Vinci University Center and in Migration and Refuge from the University of Brasília, in addition to training in International Crisis Analysis and Diplomacy and Defense from the Superior School of War. She coordinated the International Police Cooperation Center for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, in Brasília, and worked at the National Central Office of INTERPOL from 2015 to 2018. Combating Human Trafficking and the National Committee for the Eradication of Slave Labor. He served as a Member of the INTERPOL Human Trafficking Expert Group and the INTERPOL Specialized Operational Network (ISON) against people smuggling. She was General Coordinator of Asset Recovery, General Coordinator of International Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters and Director of the Department of Asset Recovery and International Legal Cooperation (DRCI) of the National Secretariat of Justice of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security.
